With the walk A Shared History you visit ten locations in the sculpture garden that show the connection between the museum and Sonsbeek art projects.

Date

Location

Sculpture garden

Sonsbeek Art Projects has been organising open-air exhibitions in Sonsbeek Park in Arnhem and beyond since 1949. The Kröller-Müller Museum has been closely involved from the very beginning; many of the works in the sculpture garden date back to earlier editions of Sonsbeek. On the occasion of the 13th edition Sonsbeek 2026. I don’t need a backyard, I share a park (2 July to 11 October 2026), this walk takes you on a journey through our shared history.

Pick up the booklet with the route and additional information at the information stand in the entrance area of the museum. The walk takes about an hour.
